Terms and Conditions
Nashu House – Short-Term Rentals (Tanzania). By booking or staying in a Nashu House short-term rental property, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
1. Booking & Stay
Nashu House provides short-term rental accommodation in Tanzania. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Check-in and check-out times will be communicated at the time of booking and must be respected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Payments & Deposits
Full payment or a deposit may be required to confirm a booking. Security deposits, if applicable, will be refunded after check-out, subject to inspection and deductions for damages or missing items.
3. Use of Property
The property may only be used for residential accommodation. Parties, events, illegal activities, or overcrowding are strictly prohibited. Guests are responsible for keeping the property clean and in good condition during their stay.
4. Damages & Loss
Guests are responsible for any damage, loss, or breakage caused during their stay. Repair or replacement costs may be deducted from the security deposit or charged separately.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary by property. Nashu House reserves the right to cancel a booking in cases of non-compliance with these Terms.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania, Nashu House is not liable for loss of personal belongings, injury, or inconvenience during the stay. Guests stay at their own risk and are encouraged to take reasonable precautions.
7. Privacy
Guest information is handled confidentially and used only for booking and operational purposes, unless required by law.
8. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Republic of Tanzania.
